Trust us. We are as disheartened if we were not able to reserve your slot or if there was any miscommunication or misbooking occured on our part.
Below are some of our guidelines to bear in mind that will hopefully resolve any issues prior:
- We do not provide any refunds on our service however we can allocate another slot available for you in the nearest future.
- Our team will communicate via WhatsApp or email should there be any double booking or inadequate information provided. If we do not get any response within 30minutes to an hour, we fully reserve the right to cancel the booking.
- At the moment, there are only 5 slots available for morning and noon sessions respectively covering preffered location on specified dates.
- We reserve the right to monitor and suspend any accounts with suspicious return activity. .
